Rick Reese is a retired U.S. Air Force officer, author and leadership strategist whose experience spans aerospace, defense, technology, business, government and marketplace ministry.

Driven by the conviction that leadership is a calling, Rick developed the Calling-Based Leadership® framework to help individuals and organizations lead with greater purpose, character, and influence.
